h2 style="text-align: left;"span style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"多事之“秋”,如何养肺?/spanbr//h2div style="text-align: left;"sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"秋天有6个节气依次是:立秋、处暑、白露、秋分、寒露、霜降。初秋秋阳肆虐,温度较高,加之时有阴雨绵绵,湿气较重,天气以湿热并重为特点,故有“秋老虎”之说。“白露”后,雨水渐少,昼热夜凉,温差较大,容易感冒或旧病复发,因此有“多事之秋”的说法。秋季天气变化无常,感冒、发烧、哮喘等疾病进入高发期,因此秋季乃养肺正当时。/spanbr//p/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionbr//section/sectionsectionsection/section/sectionsectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"秋季养生,重在养肺/spanbr//p/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionol class=" list-paddingleft-2" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 2.2em; max-width: ; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"lipspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"中医讲究“治未病”,未病先防重在于养生。其首要方面,即为法于自然之道,顺应自然规律的发展变化,对应自然界的四季注意五脏的调理。春养肝,夏养心,秋养肺,冬养肾。立秋后,养生以养肺为先。/span/p/lilipspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"《内经认为,肺与秋季相应,肺与秋气相通,肺旺于秋,就是说秋天肺的气血充沛,功能旺盛。/span/p/lilipspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"秋天燥邪易伤肺,而肺为“娇脏”,外合皮毛,主呼吸。外邪侵犯人体,不管从口鼻吸入,还是由皮肤侵袭,都容易犯肺而致病。因此秋季养生的本,在于养肺。/span/p/li/olpbr//p/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsection/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsection/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"如何养肺/span/p/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsection/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsection/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"饮水,/spanspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"秋季燥邪当道,使人体更易丢失水份,肺气更易受到损伤,需要补充水分养肺润燥,研究表明:人体皮肤每天蒸发的水分约在600ml,从鼻腔呼出的水分也约300ml。要想及时补充这些损失,秋季每日至少要比其它季节多喝水 500ml以上,以保持肺脏与呼吸道的正常湿润度。建议饮水要多次少饮 ,好在每天清晨起床漱洗前和晚上临睡前各饮水200ml,早餐和午餐之间,午餐和晚餐之间各饮水800ml,其次,还可据活动量大小,出汗多少,适当增加饮水量,使肺脏得到滋润度过金秋。也可推行“早餐一碗粥 ,晚餐一碗汤”的饮食调养原则 ,但应以清淡为主。/span/p/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionbr//section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"梨,/spanspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"梨不仅味美汁多,甜中带酸,而且营养丰富,含有多种维生素和纤维素,中医认为,其性凉味甘,有清热泻火、滋阴润肺、止咳化痰、除烦润燥等功效,生食、榨汁、炖煮或熬膏,对热咳嗽" 肺热咳嗽、老年咳嗽、气管炎" 支气管炎等症有较好的治疗。/span/p/section/section/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsection/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"br/柿子,/spanspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"柿子含有类胡萝卜素、黄酮类、脂肪酸、酚类和多种氨基酸、微量元素等,中医认为,柿子性寒味甘、涩,有润肺止咳、清热生津、化痰软坚的功效。鲜柿生食,对肺痨咳嗽虚热肺痿、咳嗽痰多、虚劳咯血等症有良效。红软熟柿,可治疗热病烦渴、口干唇烂、心中烦热、热痢等。每天吃新鲜柿子或柿饼2~3个,分2~3次吃,有润肺祛痰止咳的作用。但空腹应禁食,避免形成结石。/span/p/section/section/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionpbr//p/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsection/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsection/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"橘子,/spanspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"橘子性平,味甘、酸,除了能开胃理气,它还有润肺止咳的作用。红色橘皮晒干后叫陈皮,有理气健脾、止咳化痰的作用。用橘皮蒸梨,可以治疗感冒咳嗽、咳痰、气管炎" 支气管炎" 慢性气管炎" 支气管炎咳嗽、咯痰等,尤其对秋季肺燥咳嗽者为合适。/span/p/section/section/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsection/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"br/呼吸操font face="sans-serif",/font/spanspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"深吸气-鼓肚皮-慢呼气-收肚皮:好取平卧位坐、站亦可,一手置腹部,一手置胸部;深吸一口气约5秒,同时腹部隆起;慢慢呼出7~15秒,腹部凹下;呼气时缩嘴唇呈鱼嘴状似吹口哨。呼气的力量以将面前一尺处蜡烛的火苗吹斜但不灭为宜。如此反复一吸一呼为循环。每次10分钟,每天至少2次。通过练习呼吸体操以加深呼吸幅度,增大通气量,减少残气量,从而改善肺功能。/spanbr//p/section/section/section/section/section/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionpbr//p/sectionsectionpspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"秋季我们还应做到早睡早起,因为早睡觉,既顺应了阳气之收,又避免凉气伤肺。早起床,不仅可使肺气得以舒展,而且可防收之太过。秋季养肺,还要注意调节情绪,因为秋内应于肺,肺在志为忧,悲忧易伤肺。/span/p/sectionsectionpbr//ppspan style="font-family: 宋体,SimSun; font-size: 16px;"一起关爱我们的“肺”吧!/span/p/section/section/section/section/section/section/section/section/section/divpbr//p
