免疫风湿科工作源于1958年，率先在辽宁省内创建风湿科，在国内较早从事风湿病研究，目前是辽南地区唯一一家独立建科的免疫风湿科。 免疫风湿科现设专科病房及门诊，有教授1名，副教授3名。科室为硕士研究生培养点、卫生部住院医师培训基地。科室结合先进的实验室检查技术，可检测多种风湿病自身抗体，对系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、牛皮癣关节炎、硬皮病、皮肌炎、多发性肌炎、干燥综合征、白塞病、结节性多动脉炎等疾病可做到早期诊断、早期干预和治疗，并获得满意疗效。风湿科医护人员具有较高的临床与科研水平, 可以为相关人群提供规范严谨的服务。 近年来，我们开展了对类风湿关节炎及系统性红斑狼疮发病机理的研究，取得了可喜成果。近期运用国内外最先进的治疗理念，开展了生物制剂如Infliximab 和Rituximab单克隆抗体治疗强制性脊柱炎、类风湿关节炎及系统性红斑狼疮取得了良好的疗效。科室将深入的研究免疫风湿疾病的发生及治疗机制，整体提高科室的诊治水平，为患者提供优良的服务。 本科室著名专家：黄福如 教授 科室主 任：闫金松 教授 科室护士长：武克宇

    epartment of Rheumatology

    Department of Rheumatology was originated as the first department in Liaoning province in 1958. It has carried out rheumatology researches preceding domestic hospitals, and up to date it is the unique rheumatology department in the southern Liaoning province. Department of Rheumatology has wards and clinic, and possesses one full professor and three adjunct professors. The department was authorized as the bases for master degree and residents training of Ministry of Health. Department laboratory can detect a variety of auto-antibodies for rheumatology disorders which include systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, polymyositis, Sjogren's syndrome, behcet syndrome, polyarteritis nodosa, and so on. The above disorders can be diagnosed by combination of clinical presentations with lab findings to be administered earlier as soon as possible with interventions and therapies at primary stages. The staffs with high-level work and researches offer precise medical cares to the target population. We have expanded researches with some achievements on pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus in recent years. Presently we have utilized biological agents such as infleximab or rituximab for treating ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus and have obtained good efficacy. Our department will deeply explore the pathogenesis and mechanisms of therapies for rheumatology disorders to promote the integrated level of medicine for a better medical service.
